At Stable Minds, we offer a safe, friendly, and person-centred adult day service for individuals aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, or complex needs within the Milton Keynes area. Our goal is to help everyone we support grow in confidence, acquire new skills, make friends, and live as independently as possible. A very special aspect of our program includes therapeutic sessions with our gentle ponies and friendly small animals, which assist individuals in feeling calm, happy, and connected in a natural, supportive environment.
