We work with adults aged 18+ who have various needs, including adults with learning disabilities, mild to moderate, and severe conditions. We also support individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Asperger’s, and other neurodiverse needs. Our services extend to those facing mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, as well as individuals with physical disabilities and mobility needs. We assist people with acquired brain injuries, complex needs, and behaviors that challenge. Additionally, we provide care for care leavers and young adults transitioning to adult services, and for those needing support with relationships, safety, or independence.
We support people who:
- Want to learn new skills
- Want to make friends and be part of a community
- Need help staying safe and understanding risks
- Want to build confidence and independence
- Need mental health support around relationships or emotional wellbeing, as well as support for autism spectrum conditions.
