At Stable Minds, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of those we support, which is why we adhere strictly to the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, and our company policies. 

✅ Our Safeguarding Commitment 

All staff are trained to Level 2/3 in safeguarding adults, ensuring they are equipped to provide the necessary mental health support. We have clear procedures for reporting concerns, abuse, or risk, and we always listen, act, and report. We also educate service users on how to stay safe, recognize risks, and who to talk to. Furthermore, we enforce clear rules regarding visitors, contact, and personal safety. 

✅ Specialist Support We Provide 

We understand that many individuals we support may face challenges in relationships or experience emotional, financial, or sexual abuse or pressure. To address this, we offer: 

- A safe space to talk and share worries or concerns 

- Education about healthy versus unhealthy relationships 

- Guidance on boundaries, consent, and personal safety 

- Support for those who feel pressured, controlled, or harmed 

- Connections to social services, police, and specialist support teams. 

✅ Risk Assessments & Care Planning 

Each individual receives a comprehensive risk assessment and support plan that addresses their safety, relationships, contact with others, and any risks that need to be managed.
